  • Was lucky enough to be there when Kate filmed this and met her afterwards and she signed one of the tenners for me.

After a long day filming she still had time for a fan :-)

  • Love her hair in this video.

  • On the small icon I though the man was John Cleese, sadly he wasn`t but still amazing song, video - and album. To me The Dreaming is her best piece of art so far

  • have to give credit for one of the best Ealing comedy accents ever!

  • the signal has been given

  • @Jay41 I know she did!! I mean not that raw way the other, so called singers, do!!

  • @UltimateMarioulis Actually she has written about sex but she does in a very sophisticated, intelligent, erotic, and captive way.

  • @MrBillwulf Yes, that's a possible explanation ..... but the references to tenners and fivers and other notes could just be a personal memory, it sounds like the kind of thing her father might have said to the young Kate Bush on a country walk, and the timescale is about right. I wonder who the 'him' is they used to vote for? I would guess Harold Wilson! Ah, the dear dead days.

  • Her eyes are like marbles. Lovely!

  • I'm wondering if the verse from 2:49 implies that Kate's character was once rich, in turn implying that she has had to turn to a life of crime. That would seem to explain the change in accents, as well as why she's so anxious.

  • One of my favorites from "The dreaming" album!! I <3 this robbery theme in all of this!! No one but Kate could write a masterpiece like that!! I think she is the only artist that doesn't write songs about sex, dancing and having fun all the time!! She can write grown-up stuff with great taste not like all the other so-called songwriting popstars!!

Thanks for your interest. I don't want to sound like a self-promoter,

I'd love to ask you if you had a look at my AP video playlist.

There are some good proofs of their likeness

(particularly in Kate's first musical period).

To be honest, I don't know "Finding bliss": is it a Bush or Puthli song ?

Now it's your time to teach me something :)
