PSL vs SVD

This video was made to show that a PSL is almost identical in parts compaired to an AK-47 and is in NO WAY in function nor cosmetics like an SVD (Dragunov). I do not have a real SVD to show the breakdown but at the end of the video i tossed in the diagrams of the SVD and AK (Couldnt find one for a PSL but a PSL is just a long AK-47) and pictures of a SVD vs PSL to show the cosmetic differences.

Who ever thought a PSL was an SVD copy is an idiot. The SVD was a different design, just made to look like the russian weapons. The PSL is really a big RPK. Virtually the same receiver, just elongated The PSL is to the AK, as the M110 is to the M16.

@SurvivalistSong anytime. I am right there with you on the price. SVD = 2 MOA with Russian Surplus. PSL = 2 MOA with russian surplus. both get about 1-1.5 with bulgarian surplus and with hand loads both are able to get sub MOA. Only different the SVD can handle heavy ball being a milled receiver. Ill just stick with light ball LOL.

People who think the Romanian PSL is the same as the Russian Dragunov SVD are modern warfare 3 playing faggots. They aren't even the least bit similar besides a quick glance at the exterior. EVEN the exterior of the two rifles have NO INTERCHANGEABLE PARTS. And don't get me started about the internal parts.  The difference is like night and day. Like comparing a Ferrari to a Honda Accord.
