So basically this is just like Super Mario All Stars for Wii. I doubt its coming to any other region because Dragon Quest is a huge hit in Japan. Who knows maybe its staying in Japan only maybe not, since Nintendo & Square Enix are working together with the dragon quest series from now on.

@mint301 its 1 2 and 3 for the nes and on gameboy color they remade the games. dragonquest 1and 2 were on one catridge and 3 was seperate
