Awesome Sauce! I make a very similar dish with half an avocado. Yes, it is fat but according to 80/10/10(p.338) half a medium avocado is only about 150 calories from fat. Keep up the good work! :)
@eri9390 Diabetes is caused by too much fat because too much fat obstructs your natural carbohydrate balancing mechanisms. Cut out the fat in the diet as a percentage of total calories and raise the amount of fruit carbohydrates. But don't just believe me. Educate yourself first as best as you can and use common sense. A good starting point is searching for Doug Graham video's.
@eri9390 Especially when a diabetic:) Drink lots of water to stay well hydrated and you're fine. Of course that doesn't mean turning your back on vegetables:)
