  • what does he say at 1:50? "I don't believe you need ______?" Also, I never understand the idea of adding such a small amount of something like just the two dates, will it do anything nutritionally or taste wise?

  • @James570 thanks i will

  • Another great video. Thanks for indicating ingredients and portions, I used to make this sauce but was always guessing the quantities.

  • @eri9390 Gabriel Cousens, M.D has a great DVD call "Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days"

  • Awesome Sauce! I make a very similar dish with half an avocado. Yes, it is fat but according to 80/10/10(p.338) half a medium avocado is only about 150 calories from fat. Keep up the good work! :)

  • I want some Stepheroni! We can make an amazing meal when you come out and visit :)

  • @eri9390 Diabetes is caused by too much fat because too much fat obstructs your natural carbohydrate balancing mechanisms. Cut out the fat in the diet as a percentage of total calories and raise the amount of fruit carbohydrates. But don't just believe me. Educate yourself first as best as you can and use common sense. A good starting point is searching for Doug Graham video's.

  • @eri9390 Especially when a diabetic:) Drink lots of water to stay well hydrated and you're fine. Of course that doesn't mean turning your back on vegetables:)

  • How come you don't eat veggies? I thought The Dark Leafy Greens we all need for good blood and health.

  • Can anybody turn into a fruiterian? Even when borderline diabetic?
