Did the crower cams damage the head? I have been considering some for my h22 EG. Please elaborate.

the cams are not the culprit. The idea behind the rockers and cams getting eaten up in a flaw in the creation of some rocker pads. Some of them have a thinner friction pad and tend to wear out after use. The two metals collide and kill each other for the most part. Do some research on it through honda-tech. It has been discussed a little bit.

its not a turbo mani, thats a bisimoto mani if I remember. They make N/A manifolds like that with crazy piping.
