No candy for kids who can't vote, to punish the actions of their parents? This is an affront to democracy and all that is good and holy!
If there's no 'treat', then the 'trick' part of Halloween should come into play.
If those were my kids, I would have supplied the eggs and TP for her house myself. Plus instructions on proper application!
