@2groomer This Church does offer the traditional Latin Mass -- High on the second Sunday of the month at 2 and a low on Tuesday every week around five, I believe.

I've been going to this church since I was in kindergarten :) It's the most beautiful church that i've probably ever looked at.

I love the tour of the church, I'm a baptist making the change to Catholic in Alabama. It's so wonderful the only bad part is I DIDN'T DO IT BEFORE NOW!.....

One of the reasons the Holy Father wants the traditional Latin Mass in ALL parishes is because of the abuses in the modern mass today, and that as for centuries people from all parts of the world can be joined together in One, Universal language, Latin, which is the Mother tongue of the Church. Churches who offer this most Holy, reverent mass all have bboklets with Latin on one side with the native language on the other, this way they come to understand this beautiful language wherever they are

@2groomer --- A Latin mass is fine because it 'sounds' Holy but I prefer to understand every word in my native tongue. Also, your comment about the Saints running out of church if they witnessed 'all' the abuses is sad. It IS unfortunate that this evil is perpetuated by some. I ask, did you hear this was done by a thousand religious or did the media report this abuse a thousand times? Read the last chapter of the Old Testament, Malachi. God's wrath will be great. Do not lose Faith, pray more!

This is a beautiful church and I loved the tour (and accompanying music). Living in nearby Florida, I would like to visit and attend Mass. It is exquisite....only the best in order to honor and praise our Lord. Macon is blessed to have such a beautiful church.

Beautiful Church,..quite sad though that they don't offer the traditional Latin Mass of all ages. The Mass the Holy Father is calling all pastors to have in the Churches. But they are disobedient,..many of them. Such a pretty Church and to have the modern mass is truly sad. The saints would run out of Church if they witnessed all the abuses. Thanks for sharing this lovely Church.
