I made some parallel sliding dovetails out of scrap tulip poplar (Liriodendron tulipifera) to use as drawer slides. This is a time-lapse video of a bunch of the work of routing the dovetails, the retaining grooves and peg holes, and the gluing in of the walnut pegs that ride in the retaining grooves to hold the pieces together.
I'm using a Woodpeckers router table and lift with the Incra LS Positioner Super System.
