So I can buy that car charger and make a charger out of it, or I can just actually buy a charger for it. lol :)

i got a 5000mah battery bank off ebay (highly recomment this),charge it through solar in the day,gives me 15 hrs of lamp time (2 nights worth) or charges my phone for a week almost.
you can hack any sort of lamp/light gadget to fit via usb.

A 9V PP3 N-MH battery is only ~200mAH. Pretty pathetic as it only gives out 1.8W of power.
Use a 1.2V C rechargeable cell at say 4500mAH and get 5.4W of power with a 1V to 5V dc-dc converter. These items cost a couple of bucks from Maplin or Radio Shack.
Lasts much, much longer....

do you need a Fixed-Voltage Regulator. Also does anyone now how to put a 6VDC 0.3A DPDT Slide Switch to it pleas reply fast.
