The lack of higher education only demonstrates somebody's ignorance or stupidity if they WANTED to pass college and fails because they couldn't cut it. Zappa tries college and dropped out because he personally found it useless.

Actually, in many cases "official degree" (particularly granted by the Ivys and at post graduate level) means indoctrination. .
