me and trent have done these in the past so he knows how these are. they are good to do if your just squattin raw(heavy) or finishing up after a squat session(light). i didn't follow the reps like i was supposed to. i have a tendency to under or overcount. LOL!! you can use bands with these too for speed work. doin these made my raw squat go from 675 to 722....especially when you use bands.
