It just comes to show how stupid some motherfuckers are did everyone knew that in elizabeth city hall the furlough thing came into play and the whole thing of the meeting took place in council chambers discussing on what is about to happen and they (Mayor Bollwage, Business Administrator and the Council Members didn't even showed up for that day specifically cause they had it all figured out on what;s about to happen they got pay raises and the workers get none These big shots are no damm good.
