Helping musicians? Nothing but lip service. Just look at their business model -- It's inherently exploitative of musicians. They clearly have a great biz-dev team that's cornered the market by making exclusive deals with the big promoters, while forcing musicians to pay outlandish premiums to use their half-broken platform (in addition to application fees).
Sharing metrics?-- Business as usual. In the end they increase margins and we musicians foot the bill.
