@splintercell2013 Done the lot. Uninstall/reinstall, re-verifying cache, restarting the map etc.

It's weird to suggest, but try downloading a cracked .exe from somewhere and see if that fixes the issue, I wouldn't plan on keeping it as a permanent solution but it could work. If not, then it's probably something with your system.
