Btw... Dacians were not barbarians, as the game depicts them ;))

They had the best wall construction method, the best medicine and were pretty advanced in many other fields.

Also Dacians used a lot of light cavalry forces armed with bows (very fast and deadly).

@TheGator2000 well... I really don't know your sources... but anyway... the antic Greek historians considered the Dacian civilization almost as advanced as theirs... I don't want to get into a sterile argument over the Internet... if you really care and want to know more about them, do some research

@schioplander it's just a legend that their walls didn't collapse.and oh,every civilization had metallurgy at the time,only american civilizations didn't.they didn't know maths,philosophy,physics.Jewel­ry,the same as the metallugy.they weren't civilised.they didn't have sewers or other things.

@TheGator2000 that depends on your understanding of "barbarian". If by barbarians you mean a population outside the Roman Empire, yes, they were barbarians... But their civilization was an advanced one: they had metallurgy, very beautiful gold jewelery, built walls with some kick-ass method (those walls didn't collapse when the Romans used their siege machines on them - rams and everything), had very advanced medicine, and so on... Yes, that seems like barbarian stuff to me too :))

best way how to fight heavy cav is to charge then with spearmen and when they will be stuck, use falxmen .... tadaaaa victory is yours :)

I do love the Dacians, they seem to be considered underdogs by both the barbarians and the romans, but the flaxmen make a mess of both
