  • Even when I do this warm up my shoulders grind and click. Same goes for my elbows when I do any press exercise and my knees when squatting. I've been going the gym consistently for 4 months now. I'm scared once I start getting really heavy with my lifts I could completely ruin one of these joints. Any advice on what I could try?

  • Lui, I need your help. I've been lifting for 2 years and have put on 30 lbs, I know about the bulking and cutting..I have a meal plan with all the high proteins, good fats, complex carbs etc, but while gaining alot of muscle, i've gained some fat as well, my abs are visible, but much less visible than before. Is there anyway I can slow fat gain while bulking or keep my abs? PLEASE HELP..I'd greatly appreciate it and I trust you! Thanks

  • @GmTSwag I dont know if you got response or not. But, im gonna help you. The sounds coming from your shoulders or knees are not dangerous. But the moment you start to have actual pain, then its serious. My shoulder goes like critch crack snap pop everytime i spin my arm around. But no pain, been to doctor, said everything fine, just some bones giving you sounds, he said that its the sign that your structure lives. Warmup properly, keep progression going, stay healthy!

  • Excellent advice!

  • Excellent excellent advice man, this excercise is terrific to start out a shoulder workout!

  • @chaknoww not yet but i will

  • @GmTSwag did he anwser your question yet?

  • Actually, the rotator cuff being as delicate as it is, can be helped with some stretching aswell... mostly the injuries are because of lack of flexibility on that articulation.

Isometric excercises and also rubber band exercises help a lot... watch the throwers ten program. This complex shoulder muscles are responsible for any throwing motion, effective throwing motions aswell as serving in tennis, which is kind of a throw.

  • @luimarco take a camera to the gym and show us how you workout, dont be shy

  • @GmTSwag you might not produce enough synovia, go to the doctor and ask him or try supplementing glucosamine

  • can u do a video on uneven muscle and how to even it out.

  • JAY CUTLER will give u one kick ass kisser..

    !!!!
