Barack is the way to go, although I wish I knew who his running mate was going to be!

Here is the difference: McCain got the support of some guy (Hagee) that he knew of. But he did not sit in Hagee's church on a regular basis and donate that church money. Obama HUNG OUT with Reverend Wright. They actually spent a lot of time together. They are clearly friends.
Also Hagee did not say as bad of things as Wright did. PPL are mad that Hagee said God used the Holocaust to help the Jews get their own country. Wright said several things about how awful white people are.

I think you should support Barack Obama because he's the presumptive nominee, he's a great candidate, and Hillary is backing him. I think you two are great!

Okay this is my last comment because neither of us is changing our mind. I don't think McCain should be blamed for what Hagee said, but it makes the same amount of sense as them blaming Obama for Wright. Hagee wasn't his preacher, but he did BEG for an endorsement.
okay i'm done. comment back but your not changing my mind and i won't write back. bye!

And by the way, Hagee was never McCain's preacher, let alone for 20 years. All he did was give McCain an endorsement. By your logic Obama supports the Taliban and Hammas because those two groups have "endorsed" Obama. Kind of makes you wonder why those two groups - avowed enemies of America - would endorse Obama. Actually, it doesn't make me wonder, but it should make you wonder. By the way, what has Obama accomplished that would make him qualified to be president? No platitudes - just facts.

Yes, associations do matter. If the preacher at my church started spewing the racist, America-hating stuff that Wright did, I would leave the church the same day, not 20 years later like Obama. I guess what Wright was saying didn't really bother Obama too much. The only reason Obama left was for political expediency, not because of any disagreement with Wright. And I would never associate with a admitted America-hating terrorist like Aires. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck...
What the hell is change? Can someone please tell me?

i'm 22 and hate that my generation can vote now because most of them have NO clue what they are talking about. It is our job to start knowing what's going on around and Barack Obama is NOT the answer.
