1st time Skelanimals animated in 3D.

I met the owners of Skelanimals and was invited to create an audition piece for them. They were looking for a company who could write, direct and produce a new 20 episode "Flash" micro series for the web. In my creative meeting with them, I realized what they really wanted was to ultimately see their characters in 3D. So instead of producing it in Flash, I went for it and surprised them with a 3D test... It worked they were blown away! although I did get chosed to produce the micro series contract details got in the way and things just didn't work out... The fun part of this story is now, the 3D "stop motion style:" lighting, shaders, depth of field, animation on 2's and 4's, flat painted on details, etc... that I designed in my audition has been used in an up coming Target commercial that was premiered at the Skelanimals booth at Comic-Con.
