Well known for their technological innovation and mechanical strength, Cartes laser technology is the most advanced on the market. We first developed and commercialized the laser technology applied to self-adhesive label die-cutting and today, 12 years later, there are more than 200 Cartes laser cutting machines installed in 34 countries around the world.

The laser die cutting unit can work as a stand alone machine, in line with other machines and combined with Cartes silk screen printing and hot stamping units.
The Cartes Combilaser series was based on this new and exclusive combination concept. The machines can create a huge variety of luxurious labels, complete with background, finishing decorations and perfect die-cutting in a single, high speed process.

The main credentials of Cartes laser are:

EVERLASTING AND RELIABLE
The CO2 Cartes laser is the only semi-sealed source existing on the market, it is reliable with everlasting cutting power. The source only requires a CO2 cylinder and maintenance costs are low.

HIGH SPEED
The 3 axes Galvanometric system (X, Y, Z) allows the beam to move very quickly and cut up to 10 meters per second, being perfectly focalized on the whole working area.

PRECISION IN MICRON
The innovative label positioning system controls the web position on the X and Y axis. This device guarantees the cutting precision in terms of microns (approximately 20 micron discrepancy) even when cutting labels with an irregular gap.
