Without wanting to be critical if you want to produce a 'training video' it might be an idea to cut out the interruptions and ear shattering banging noise.
A lot of the content would be useful - perhaps you could re-do the vid with just the presenter & without alarms and audience. That way you could set the camera up for the best angle, not turn the lights out half way through and screen shots could be pasted into the video itself.
