i thought at one time this judge was one of the better judges but after seeing this he displays himself as a hot head with the thinking capacity of a 12yr old. Ian was just trying to stand for his rights no i don't mean by literally standing. the judge misused his authority. laws are made to protect victims not so some legal authority could abuse the laws and issue cruel and unusual punishment. this reminds me of that paul newman movie where he's sent to lockdown/pit by the angry warden.
