I'd like to tell you my autobiography,
Yeah that's a very difficult word,
But it means its all about me.
My Father was a sailor,
My mother a mermaid,
And so it comes that I got born at sea
And so it comes that I have never seen land.
But I've heard a lot about it.
I've heard it's like the bottom of the sea, but than without the water.
I have heard it doesn't rock. I've heard it doesnt drift.
So I asked Tony the trumpet fish, Tony,
How do I get to this place called land?
And he said: (Trumpet sound) Hes a trumpet fish". (Trumpet sound).
Land starts where the ocean ends, Land starts when the ocean ends.
Think about it, it kind of makes sense, that lands starts where the ocean ends.
So I did saddle up my seahorse,
And we marched over the oceans sand.
Until we couldn't go any further,
All the way until the oceans end.
But the seahorse said:
Ive got no hooves,
I can not walk, I can only swim!
I can not take you to land,
Im sorry my friend.
So I asked Freddy the fly fish,
Freddy, can I sit on your back while you fly me to land?
And he said:
I'm sorry to inform you, but I don't do such thing no more.
I dont mean to disappoint you,
But when ever I land on land it makes my belly go so sore.
Oh I wonder whether I will ever get there.
Ive heard theyve got a current they call a breeze,
They got seaweeds, they call trees!
Than I met a sexy scuba diver and she took me by the hand.
She pulled me up the beach, yeah she pulled me up the sand.
She taught me how to walk, and she taught me how to sing a song.
And thats how I got here folks! All the way from the bottom of the sea!
I found the guitar on shipwreck and took those closes from a drowned sailor.
