Julian Heicklen Threatened With Arrest At Miami Dade Wolfson Campus 12-8-10

In this video Julian is being harassed by Miami Dade College police, for handing out FIJA brochures on a public sidewalk outside a public college. After getting the deans name and number I called and spoke with the assistant dean. I explained that the college and the sidewalk are paid for with tax payers money. I explained that sidewalks are traditional public forum for the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech. He told me that I could do what I wanted to do. The police came back over and told us that we are free to do what we want to do.
