at the ultimate end (after the free throws, when the clock ref forgot to start the clock), the refs made the decision (rightly) that the game was over...but that was EXACTLY the call they SHOULD have made when the clock ref stopped the clock FOR NO REASON at 0.2 giving tenn the chance to make those free throws.
