Another awesome "point and click" adventure game on the NES from developers ICOM simulations, Inc. This one is actually their first game in the series as it was originally released in 1985 on the Macintosh. It was ported to the NES in 1990 and It has held up pretty well over the years. If you like these type of games you'll probably love this one.

  • I wonder if it's possible to replace the batteries if they go bad.

  • @vintagevideogamegeek Oh yeah they're just lithium watch batteries CR2032 witch are really common. You just have to desolder the old one and solder in the new one.

  • how the hell did you get your nes to play the first try!?

  • @crammage Hahaha yeah that NES has a replaced 72-pin connector and the disabled 10NES chip so if the games contacts are clean it should work pretty easily. But hey who's to say there wasn't some tries that got edited out ;)

  • Have you reviewed this game before...

  • @thebonefish Nope never. I just got it last week. I've reviewed Shadowgate before and they look the same.

  • Hmmm, if LA Noire was on the NES.

  • My first girlfriend (back in fifth grade) gave me this game, and it has been a favorite of mine ever since.

  • There was a sequel to this game that was released for the computers, and there was an NES version planned but never released. There are pictures of the NES version.

  • I love point and click video games. They're awesome. I heard a game called The Neverhood on PC. Tha game is genious, and very difficult game too.

  • This was another fun one. Thanks for posting dude.

  • No, no, no! Don't give the mugger your money. Just punch him in the face (by selecting "Hit" and then clicking on him).

  • Not the sort of game I usually play, but I'll give this and its Game Boy Color counterpart a chance.

  • My friend had this for an Atari ST i believe......was so cool because you could do whatever you wanted.....like the grandfather of sandbox games

  • same engine as shadowgate awsome!!

  • It's a game that would be way better with a mouse, still good though.
