ITF Taekwon-Do IV Degree Black Belt Pattern Moon-Moo performed by Maxime Bujold at the 2004 ITF Canadian Championship in Quebec City.

Maxime is not wearing a dobok because the pattern was performed as part of a demonstration.

  • Great! I was on a seminar watching him go patterns live, damn he's good. You got any moore vids of him. Do you practise TKD?

  • If you look at my other videos, I've got a couple of other vids of Maxime.

  • Last I heard you couldn't compete ITF without an ITF uniform on. M. Bujold needs to tighten up his bending ready stances.... eyes, hands, feet and breath in a single coordinated action...

  • Nice pattern - wish I could kick like he does.

However, don't get too excited. Yes, his kicks were very good, however, he had no sine wave, his stances were off, in some cases and his didn't finish on his spot - a HUGE mistake.

  • That was really good form.

  • I went to a tournament with maxime at ashbury college a little while back. he is real nice

  • so, in 2003 he was 2nd dan, and 2004 he's doing 4th dan patterns? I know he became a 4th dan in 2006, as I was on a seminar with him, but wow, from 2nd to 4th dan in just 3 years? most people I know with 4th dan, including former world champs say they all took maybe 8-10 years from 2nd to 4th.. maybe times are changing.. but Mr.Bujold sure deserves his degree, his patterns are the best ones I've ever seen. great video!

  • Perhaps Mr. Bujold is not a "master" as defined by the ITF system of rank, but he certainly has "mastered" this Tul, which is an amazing feat at such a young age.

  • I gotta say that thats the best pattern ive ever seen performed on youtube or any video site.. Moves were crisp, stances were done well, just, I almost wanna say a perfect pattern

  • This person isn't a master. He is M. Maxime Bujold (a true multiple world champion in both patterns and combat (54kg and less)), well what seems to be him from the title, hard to say with the video quality. He is doing moon-moo on that video and I dont think M. Bujold was 4th degree that early in 2004. He could however have learned the pattern in advance since he does world championships. I will ask him next time I meet him. He is currently 22 or 23 years old.

  • That was so amazing. Never thought I would see forms that good. Way to go. You put all your heart in TKD I see.

  • wow, that was TIGHT. Man i love the itf way of doing patterns, its all about control/muscle training.. Just got back into it again and am a blue belt.
