they would have if it were not for the hackers and leaked e-mail. They wont succeed now. They can do what they want and say what they want right now, but those in congress that stand to lose money from this scam, they at least will bring this all down. Right now its like a damn that is leaking water everywhere and crumbling. Watching shows like this with people in the UN acting like nothing is going on with climategate, well that misleads people and is intended to. The scammers are very afraid.

okay well USA is in first place then goes EUROPE, asia, africa , Canada beleive it or not, Africa creates more pollution than Canada and Canada is one of the most well developed countries...... so if anyone has to its really USA and Europe they need to figure out a plan...

Who honestly thinks it's a good idea to give billions of dollars to gov in the 3rd world that are already corrupt & murdering ppl?
How much of any money demanded from the UN will end up in the pockets of the unelected corrupt UN?
The UN is far from transparent, they don't practice what they preach, & they speak out of both sides of their mouth.

We need to decrease our CO2 emissions by 30%.
Industry will pay a surtax, but families who cannot pay the tax must either decrease their CO2 emissions by breathing less often, or sacrifice their oldest child to the sun god.
