@tonibaldwin i dont think they meant all about miley like everything in the world but the fact that it's a miley cyrus song parody you think it's all about making fun of her. and it isnt. and they arent taking credit for this song. it says miley cyrus party in the usa parody. check thier official music video. and lots of people make little parodies on here without permission and those parodies are actually making fun of the artits or saying stupid stuff. i totally DISagree with you.

@shrek4414 but im pretty sure weird al gets permission. but yeah, her record label or disney whoever's suing is stupid because it's not like their trying to steal her song and claim it as their own they just changed the lyrics and put it up on YouTube it's not like they made fun of her, either.
