On September 25th, 2009, President Barack Obama, accompanied by British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and French President Nicolas Sarkozy, publicly revealed the discovery of an Iranian secret nuclear fuel facility. All three leaders addressed the media to deliver stern warnings to Iran, urging the rogue nation to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency and allow inspectors to examine the facilities in question.
This Fox News Channel interview is led by host Bill Hemmer with former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, Dan Gillerman. Gillerman clearly and succinctly spelled out the consequences should Iran fail to cooperate with the international community.
It seems to me that countries constructing nuclear facilities do not have to inform IAEA of the facilities until the facilities are at least 6 months from operation. Countries don't have to contact the IAEA when they build the foundation, plumbing and electrical systems; the only requirement according to my understanding, is to inform the IAEA SIX MONTHS before the facility comes into operation. Apparently the operation will begin in about TWELVE MONTHS according to Iran, like, they're early !
