My name is Peter Landy, since 2001 we live inside a Niskayuna, NY community watch area controlled by means of organized gang stalking in coordination of Niskayuna, NY Police and the civilians "endowed" with the privilege to place anyone they don't like on their clandestine blacklist.

This video, taken on 5/13/2011 almost 3am, illustrates Niskayuna, NY Police menacing me with their spotlight to warn me I've been given the dubious honor of being on their target list. As one their officer bragged that "We do things differently here" - which I take as operating outside of rules, regulation and court of justice. This harassment campaign is going on right now and it's intense!
Note Correction: Near the end of this video a caption refers to my meeting with the Police originally referred as Chief Deputy which is an error the correct title is Deputy Chief.
