one of faves as a practitioner. Good job but IMHO i think you could have been more explosive and not so restricted. Its a world wide video, man. Show that form off the way you would in a battle and leave peoples mouths open in awe.

Nice work, although your stances are good, your delivery could be stronger and more committed on bigger movements (sern tong choy etc). Keep practising :)
