Disability Rights New Mexico, formerly Protection & Advocacy, has a hispanic female who answers phones, and has refused to allow me to get help from them. I am disabled, and get SSI, but the Governor Martinez HSD has refused to give me Medicaid despite Federal Law requiring it. In addition both HSD and the un-named hispanic female have made fun of my disabilities and my race when I have called.
On May 27th and 26th, I called ,this last time she laughed at me, said they had never received a call or called me before, this video, shows they called me back 4/29/11, at 3:14 p.m., proving her wrong. Phone number called from is 505-256-3080, and the caller i.d. identifies it as DRNM, too.
