NBC presents FRIENDS MOVIE length REUNION episode - TRAILER

IN the wake of the success of the SEX & THE CITY MOVIE, NBC has announced that it will air a 2 hour special of FRIENDS, the Reunion in December 2009. Doubts over the reunion were strong with the success of Jennifer Aniston, but show producers David Crane and Marta Kauffman revealed that after a 4th of July dinner between the cast, it didnt take long for Aniston to come round to the idea. Lisa Kudrow revealed on an interview with MTV that the cast were roaming through fan message boards and were so touched by the response that it was a "no brainier to do the special" and "they are all very excited to start filming"

Director of publicity for Warner Bros. announced that film was considered but ultimately scrapped due to"wanting to stay true to the format of a live audience". Filming of the 2 hour reunion will now be done over 3 nights, with separate audience for each screenings. Alternative endings will also be filmed to keep from leaks of the storyline.

Although Figures have not been revealed, it is rumored each cast member will receive US$1.5 Million for the 1 off show, and salary agreements were negotiated collectively as has been the way since season 3.

I want one as much as the next Friends Fan, so i made a trailer using clips from movies the cast have been in, existing clips from the show and some unseen clips that never made it to air. My story line is that they have all grown apart, its been 5 years. Monica and Rachel arnt talking much since Rachel and Ross split for good. they all miss each other and New york city and come back to the apartmnent to live. Joey is a big star and returns from LA to chase his one true love, phoebe.***

If they really made a reunion show, I'd hate the idea that Rachel and Ross would be split up for good (as your "pretend" storyline suggests)...I mean we had to wait ten years to finally see them together!!

@skinnylolly they arnt split up for good. my version has them split up cause she ended up going to paris a month later. Its why monica is upset at her but she comes back and has lunch with monica. but ross and rachel do get back together in my fake movie.

@longtallsally100 the airport scene with Monica and Chandler was cut out of the episode where they were suppose to go on their honeymoon. they replaced the airport scene I think with them meeting that couple that gave them the fake names and numbers. they did that because the airport scene was centered around a bomb joke, and that episode was going to air soon after 9/11, so they didn't want an airport bomb joke after a tragedy like that.
