  • First off, you guys are hilarious. I will have to subscribe and come back often for the entertainment that is you (and you like Joce Whedon).

Secondly, I have to tell you Tom Cruise wasn't the one that bit Thandie Newton, Brad Pitt (as Louie) did.

Ok, now on to 2012 (the movie, not the predicition). I happen to be a fan of disaster porn and I had fun with this movie. Was it scientifically sound? Hell no, but so what? (cont'd on next post)

  • @foxeni Thanks for the comment. To be honest its rare to see nice comments on our review. As for the Interview with a Vampire thing... I last saw that movie Halloween of 03, and where as Marc and I have great movie recall, some things do slip through the cracks :) And I do have an appreciation of disaster movies I do normally judge each one on its own merits. Thanks for the support!

  • are you guys partners just askin no offense

  • No... Marc and I are both straight. We're very good friends who do sometimes argue and bicker like a couple though. No offense was taken.

    Mike

  • haha - Yours and our review both start off with sighing.... But you are the ONLY people I've heard pronounce Chiwetel Ejiofor's name right - I think!?

    Good review; we concur.

  • I think he's a brilliant actor so I REALLY tried. Normally I butcher names like crazy! I'm glad you liked our review! I enjoyed yours too.

  • @SilasDrejer Zlatko Buric is a great Danish actor. He is the "Tony Soprano" of Demark. See him in the film called "Pusher" there are 2 sequels also. Brilliant.

  • If I wanted real life, I'd turn the TV off or leave the theater and go outside. 2012 was reminicent of the 70's disaster movies such as Towering Inferno and The Posiedon Adventure. They were meant to entertain, not educate. Keeping that in mind, I enjoy most disaster movies including 2012. I am surprised you didn't mention Zlatko Buric. He stole the show in my opinion.

As for actors taking roles just to pay the bills...even Christopher Lee admits he's had to do that. So what? ttfn

  • I was mainly wondering since people wanna pick beef with you sometimes and gay is now the 2000s fuck you.

  • I thought the movie was pretty good but it did have to many close calls and to many people survived but other than that it was awesome

  • @SilasDrejer ye he@' a top guy him like

  • I'd rather watch Oliver Platt in Ready to Rumble. :)
