Very nice video. I had a very important and interesting question to ask you : what do yo uthink abotu the extinguisher? It takes 36 seconds to reload i think as much as the flares and can maybe save you but not if there are two missiles on ya. I took it sometimes with maintenance and give a great combo but you don't have belt speed so I prefer IR Flares. I also just unlocked guided missiles and you need to get near tanks so you will get locked on, what u take with extinguisher/guided missile?

@HalfLife2Beta depends on the game mode and what side your on. If your playing conquest on this map and your russian you want air radar, flares and heat seekers because your going against 2 lil' birds. If your on the US side you want stealth or maintenance, flares and guided missles. The only use I have seen for the scout helicopters using the extinguisher would be Damavand Peak because it takes a long time to get over the tunnel mountain to safety.

Good video! I just unlocked the IR flares so knowing when the rocket has been fired will be useful. I suspect that coordinated teams will have more than one engi with stingers, one to waste your flares, one to get the hit. Or will the flares disable the lock of the second engi?

What control scheme do you use? I had to switch to legacy to get any control of the aircraft!

@donncha2001 when you get locked onto chances are that another engineer is also locking on to you so when you start to get locked onto start flying away like I do in the video to get your flares time to reload

when i get locked on what i do is hit the flares then hide behind something like the building or the bridge so they wont get to lock on u and if they do they will hit the obstacle instead

@miguelzaibatsu I don't like heatseekers, cuz if you use them they know you are out here, i'd say just fire minigun then if you can fire both missiels at them just to see if they got flares or not, and then go minigun. But now I unlocked below radar i'll try to stay low all the time)

And I love so much guided missiles, anti air is possible to destroy now :D.

Extinguisher and maintenance can be a good combo, you run away, get hit, use extinguisher and recover. But flares seem to be better. :/ ty!

When you aim with the minigun, does the crosshair have to be a little over the target? Cause i get a lot of hitmarkers when i strafe past people and i'm right on them.

@donncha2001 If you switch the analog sticks to southpaw, it feels a lot more like BC2. Make sure you do it for helis only though.

I'm not much of a pilot but EDIS is pretty good. Not sure if he knows about the lock on blip. Great tip man!
