  • Man, these comments are great! I want to thank you all for letting us waste 4:12 minutes of your time. I'm glad you liked the camera angles, choreographed fighting, random boxing gloves etc...BTW, the boxing bit was Jose's choreogrpahy, go figure. I'll just let this film sit in the water for now since there's enough comments already. Watch out for "nakainomtom", I think he may have another Action St. film(or Rick Astley vid) coming later.

  • Very impressive...who do you guys study with? I liked this very much! The sound effects were an excellent touch too...can you guys do weapons demos against each other also?

  • Glad you liked it replague888. Haha, someday we might actually use weapons but for now, unarmed combat has enough pain for us to deal with.

  • that was great. i like the camera angles you used, closeups etc. the choreography was great too. just work on how fast it is. it's a little too 'timed'. the action needs to flow smoothly. you just gotta practice the fight over and over and over to get that, so you can do it almost without thinking with your opponent. but it was a great improvement anyways, and keep up the GREAT work!

  • Wow, right in the money again! You're right sk8jester, the choreography actually is 'timed.' It looks more of a pattern to help memory and reduce mistakes. But yes, we have to pratice it over and over. Heck I may even redo this film. Thanks for the critique, it helps!

  • Hello guys. Let me start by giving you all props for your efforts. Good job. I would have to agree with chickenbone about making your strikes more intense(in my opinion, speed and good form makes choreography 5 times more believable). Also, I thought some fierce facial expressions and groans/battle-cries would've help out. Keep it up guys!! You will only get better and better.

  • Let me give you props for watching this film! Yes, our strikes need to be more intense w/ speed etc..to make it look believeable. And then we can move onto more advanced stuff like "facial" expressions, Van Damme style!

  • Paul, you spelled my name wrong. And you spelled my name wrong at the end of the movie :P

  • VERY well done vid. the camera angles, sound fx close ups and of course the martial arts themselves were filmed very good. i loved the fact that you put boxing in it too, because i box myself, so its nice to see a vid with that. and the end part where Jose walks into the tree is funny too. all in all a very good vid. keep up the good work =D

  • Nice video!! Glad I saw it. I loved it when the boxing gloves were thrown in randomly and started boxing.
