@takutzin a student once kicked me in the knee accidently while warming up. bad idea and right before her match at a tournament. she broke her big toe i believe but my knee was fine. to her credit she had the will to persevere and ended up being in the finals but coming in second. she did a great job while being injured.

Preferably kick in the knee in order to break it and incapacitate your attacker, although be careful to kick it on the side or when their knees are unbent, if they are bent, you wont break it, that's why all fighting stances are with bent knees, to protect the leg, oh and guys if it looks unpractical, its because its the basic, its for LEARNERS, NOOBS, its so its easy to learn.
