@tauwilltriumph I was intrigued by Tartakovski's style in this piece so I checked imdb and this is what I've found:
According to Tomm Moore, "The main stylistic influences outside of medieval art that we referenced were Genndy Tartakovsky's "Samurai Jack" (2001), which uses so many international filmic and art influences so well."
So my hunch was right :)

@TheNSKaneda You're right, similar to Tartakovski's animation style.

Genndy Tartakovsky meets european school of animation. Brilliant piece

@andrepets You should Google Peganism :) It'll tell you everything you need to know. I never knew about it either and Googled it.
I loved the animation, but I tought the story became weak at the end of the movie. Which is a bummer, since the animation is so lovely. I enjoyed all those colors, shapes, patterns soooo much!

@violetsarntblue So it isn't a Christian film? What exactly is pegan? Just curious, that's all! :)
-
@andrepets I just saw a comment that said the same thing but Pagan instead of Christian. I take this as a good sign lol

This was one of the most beautiful (visually) movies I have ever seen! The art work was fantastic and left fantasies in my mind. It was funny and smart and filled with suspense! I strongly recommend it!
