United Aid is a Pro-Peace activist group that organized this action. About 5 people got to Jazzfest and began asking people to help us out. Within 15 minutes we had gathered about 30 people to participate in the Freeze Mob with us.

We Paused for Peace for 5 minutes symbolizing 5 years in Iraq.

... That's me in the background (light blue long sleeve sweater with camoflauge cap) having it out with some of the organizers! They were trying to kick out the peaceful protestors (a blatant violation of their Constitutional rights) from this Arts and Jazz Festival. ...

... If it wasn't for me protecting our Constitutional rights and freedoms, the group would have been escorted by the Denton Police (who were called to the scene soon after) off the Quacker Town grounds! GO DENTON!
