Below is Video Evidence taken on July 10, 2009 of Criminal Trespassing and Harassment by Dennis (Denny) Roles and his son Greg Roles while acting for and on behalf of themselves and as agents for William Brian Schaulis, DDS and his wife Jennifer Schaulis.
On Jan. 7, 2009 Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan admitted they had seen the video on YouTube.com and the website dated June 6, 2008 and agreed that Dennis (Denny) Roles and Greg Roles had in fact trespassed.
Rollin and Faith Sump were promised by Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan that they (Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan) would have a talk with Dennis (Denny) Roles, Greg Roles and Brian Schaulis, DDS and order them to stop trespassing and crowding the property line.
Well, I guess Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan doesn't have the power and authority they thought they had because Dennis (Denny) Roles, Greg Roles and Brian Schaulis, DDS ignored the warning by Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan and went right ahead and trespassed again and again. Therefore, Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan have egg on their face. Maybe Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan lied to Mr. and Mrs. Sump. It seem like Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan lied or Dennis (Denny) Roles, Greg Roles and Brian Schaulis, DDS wouldnt have ignored a warning by Clay County KS District Court Judge Miller and Clay County KS special prosecutor Brenda Jordan.
Dennis (Denny) Roles, Greg Roles and Brian Schaulis, DDS and his wife Jennifer Schaulis should have criminal charges filed against them for criminal trespassing and harassment.
However, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James represents Dennis (Denny) Roles, Greg Roles and their landlord Brian Schaulis, DDS and his wife Jennifer Schaulis and Rick James has the Clay County Kansas Sheriff and his Deputies protect criminal conduct by Dennis (Denny) Roles, Greg Roles and Brian Schaulis, DDS and his wife Jennifer Schaulis.
So, just because the Clay County Attorney Rick James represents these people they can get by with violating laws.
The videos clearly shows criminal trespassing and harassment by Dennis (Denny) Roles and his son Greg Roles while acting on their own behalf and while acting as agents of Brian Schaulis, DDS and his wife Jennifer Schaulis.
However, Clay County Kansas, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James and the Clay County Kansas Sheriff Dept keeps denying the clear facts and the clear facts that the video shows.
Dennis (Denny) Roles and his son Greg Roles and their bosses Brian Schaulis, DDS and Jennifer Schaulis will keep crowding any and every fence line and will keep trespassing as they are protected by Clay County Kansas, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James and Clay County Kansas Sheriff Dept and its Deputies.
Therefore, there is an injustice being suffered by ALL the people of Kansas due to Dennis (Denny) Roles, his son Greg Roles and their landlords Brian Schaulis, DDS and Jennifer Schaulis not being charged with criminal trespassing and harassment.
Therefore, by Dennis (Denny) Roles, his son Greg Roles, Brian Schaulis, DDS and his wife Jennifer Schaulis not being charged to date with criminal trespassing and harassment and have not been arrested to date clearly shows that Clay County Kansas, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James and Clay County Kansas Sheriff Dept and its Deputies are still obstructing justice and are still protecting their family and friends.

Also, ever time the Sumps start putting in a fence to stop the trespassing Dennis (Denny) Roles and his son Greg Roles tears down the fence and takes the fence posts and wire home with them. Faith Sump even seen the Clay County Sheriff Dept setting and watching the fence being torn down without stopping the fence from being taken down.
