Teacher trolls Croatian national TV news - english subs

Having seen this clip, I laughed my ass off, kept replaying, watching this guy troll the hell out of the government, and on national TV too! :)
Apparently his opinion of the construction work around the school differs greatly from the government and his EMPLOYER, the school principal.

Even though it is MUCH funnier if you can actually understand him(doh), I subbed the original clip ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjwkq2iRe_o ) so that the whole world may have a chance to marvel at the best troll I've seen so far. I, for one, want to have this guy on a t-shirt! :D
