ABC News Reports On John Murtha's Pork Laden Airport

This piece is intellectually dishonest. This is not a sleepy little airport. There are over 150 flights per day under parts 91 and 135. There are 3 flights/day under part 121, which necessitates the TSA crap. This is a VERY BUSY airport with over 150 flights per day, including a lot of military flights. A lot of the money for the airport came from DoD. A lot comes from private sources. Again, this news piece is total horse shit.

I live here and I love all the opportunities/money/jobs/ Murtha brings in.

I think someone asked this and I'm not sure if anyone answered but Johnstown is about 2.5 hours away from Pittsburgh.

Reminds of Pyongyang, North Korea. How the NK government spend millions on the city, just to attract tourist but no NK citizen would be seen - you were all alone, while the outskirts of the city were ghettos, children starving etc...

What's wrong with us? Well having lived in his district for 16 years, I can tell you he is the only thing Johnstown has from making it become a ghost town...isn't a representives job to help his district? Now if I lived elsewhere I would pissed too that he was bringing in all this money...but I wouldn't be mad at Murtha or the people in his district...I'd be mad that my HOR rep isn't bringing in the pork to my district like Murtha is.
