1 Aluminium profile in a bag is loaded and attched to 2 vacuum application heads.
Then vacuum is applied and polyester film is pressed against the powder coated surface of the aluminium profile. The film formating the bag is already printed inside with special inks which sublimate at 200 degrees centigrade. This happens inside the oven and lasts 4 to 5 minutes for the 12 profiles together.
Then the profiles go out while the bags are blowed for the film to separate from the aluminium profile's surace.
