Pieces- All Play (SNES) Part 2

A classic jigsaw puzzle game from the SNES. It's quite fun actually, only there's a lack of variety in the puzzles. If Atlus were to remake this game for the Nintendo DS, with Wi-Fi play, with new puzzles being made every day/week, I'd say they'd have a hit game. Well... it depends if you like doing boring jigsaw puzzles of course. The only reason I do well is because I've played this game many times, and it's just not hard to put the pieces together anymore.

What makes this game fun is the competitive edge to it. In All Play mode, you can play with up to 4 people (given you had the 4 SNES controller port back then). You can move your hand faster by holding X or Y, steal a piece from your opponent (hold B until your hand flashes then snag the piece from their hand). Put a flashing piece in the correct spot, and you start a "bonus roulette" for extra points, extra time, a point doubler, lose points, or get nothing. After 3 puzzles in "All Play" mode, you go to a bonus game where you have to spot the 10 differences in the picture. A good strategy is to just watch the screen on the right as the changes are made, and you have 12 chances to find all 10 in 60 seconds. After 8 puzzles and 2 bonus rounds, All Play ends, and the final rankings are posted to see who has the most points.

Btw, this was played using snes9x, and I forgot to disable the second player controller. Oh well...

Overall, possibly a fun multiplayer game.
