Tabata is a style of exercising that uses an interval timer. The idea is to pick between 1-4 exercises that you do for 20 seconds. Then there is a 10 second rest, and you repeat that 8x! That's a total of 4 minutes. Watch Daniella as she uses this tabata method to warm up her body before her workout.
