Rahm Emanuel and B.O., can take a "train ride" as Rahm puts it. Mandatory civil service ... the people do not need Gov. to force service upon us. Also, in another arena, community service should not be "mandatory" as they propose. Furthermore, People already are they own civil defence force and need no help or funding from the government. Compulsatory service? Is that what they call freedom? "Do as we say, or else?" THAT'S FORCED CHANGE. "FALSE hope AND FORCED change" -real Obama motto.
