The textures seem too small and crowded on the wall and should be aligned better, the stair steps seem to big, and the doors need frames on them.

You've made all that yourself? Nice! but if it's in the rich area, shouldn't it be a little bigger, perhaps with a garage and/or a heli-pad? :b

Well, the poor area only contains large blocks with very small rooms, the rich area contains houses like this. There's also lots of other areas with different styles.
