I'm struck once again by what a poor public speaker our Mayor is. The convention speech was pretty bad- (Insert name of Democratic icon) (repeat x5) (sound byte) (Repeat) but this video documents his inability to compose and express an idea in more depth than (I thought this when I was a kid) It's important repeat. Neil's speeches are a breath of fresh intelligent air. I reject the idea that local people need messages to be dumbed down. Not to even mention the content.
