this works the triple extension which means the hip, knee, then ankle similar to the clean, snatch, or a sprint start. This specifically will help throwing/tossing power if you take a person back so you can throw/toss with velocity. Great idea but if you don't have bands you can still use the clean pull/ high pull of the snatch pull/high and get the same benefits or better.

You can use mountain bike tubes looped together to make the correct length and resistance for you.
