    That's exactly what the comment was pertaining to, racism. It had absolutely nothing to do with South Korea being renowned for their horrendous lack of animal welfare.

    You are talking about a character in a film, not a real person who has suffered this!

    Unfortunately for the several animals ripped apart for the sake of mere entertainment this was very real!

    You talk about sensationalism, but end all of your posts with an over-the-top, self-aggrandizing, generalizing statement.

    It's the actor's job to become the person he's playing, so yes, the circumstances of the film are completely relevant in determining the reasoning of his actions. And in a culture where eating live squid is acceptable, why can't it be done on camera? Would you protest an american film that shows someone putting a worm on a hook, even if the actor doesn't fish with it?
